01What I collect

When you request a booking, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number, service address, vehicle year/make/model, preferred date, the services and add-ons you'd like, and any notes you choose to add.

If you call, text, email or message me on Instagram, I keep those messages so I can follow up on your appointment. The platform that hosts this website may also record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in the normal course of serving the site.

02How I use it

I use your information to confirm, schedule and perform your service; to send you a booking confirmation email and to notify myself of new requests; to contact you about your appointment (including reschedules and weather); and to keep basic records of the work I've done for you.

I don't use your information for advertising, I don't send marketing messages without asking you first, and I never sell or rent it to anyone.

03Where it's stored & who helps process it

Booking requests are stored securely on Base44, the platform that hosts this website and its database. Confirmation emails are sent through Google (Gmail). Images on this site are delivered through content-delivery networks, which receive standard request information (such as your IP address) in order to load them. These providers process data on my behalf and don't get to use it for their own purposes.

I may share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety or rights of myself or others.

04Cookies & browser storage

This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. It stores one small flag in your browser's session storage so the intro animation plays only once per visit; it disappears when you close the tab. The hosting platform may set essential cookies needed for the site to work.

05How long I keep it

I keep booking records for as long as I need them to schedule your services and keep track of the work I've done, and then I delete them. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just ask.

06Your choices

You can ask me at any time to see the information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask me not to photograph your vehicle. Call or text 484-904-3609 or message @j_rmobiledetailing on Instagram and I'll take care of it.

07Children

This website and its booking form are intended for vehicle owners and adults arranging service. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has submitted information, contact me and I'll delete it.

08Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site or book a service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
